This is why you need to be an elite thrower (arm strength/accuracy/on the move) to play shortstop at the highest levels. This throw is 50 yards! Most high school aged players don’t even long toss 150 feet, but they think they can come close to making plays like this (backhands in the 5/6 hole) in 4 seconds. This crowd spotter has a fun job! And it takes a team! I worked with a guy who side gigged for an NHL team as their team DJ. They coordinate with the spotter to make for fun interaction with the crowd in between plays or "tv commercial" breaks. The guy puts up somebody on the jumbotron and the DJ plays a tune that matches.

Burnley already promoted 3-0 and look at the reaction of the players this is why they don’t concede many goals and I love everything about the mentality here. Doing the basics of football and life and doing them very well is a great start for any young player and take that all the way through your career, we all make mistakes, we all dare to be different, we all love winning and hate losing but be a good team mate put the team 1st, set the right examples day in day out, push each other to be better and take accountability if your not giving your all every time you cross that white line 🙌
