opus design looks neat

Yep, a bluetooth speaker with pinheaders is a bit silly, Opus used connectors which makes a lot more sense

now do one with gpt 6 sol , lol 🤣

ha yea content goes stale fast huh rofl

what about cost?

Do they actually work though

10mins design, a few days + weeks waiting for the board printed. 😂 Better select for quality.

以前做个小硬件要啃很久 现在丢个想法就能试 这效率挺变态的

could you explain to us normies which one won? 😅

Which one do you think wins?

in this particular case Opus 5.5 introduced a USB-C port which I feel makes a lot more sense than pinheaders. Simple decision but saves a followup. Astra seems to have better routing

@pymoment sincere question, I know nothing about circuit design: don't you think Astra would've won then? "add usb-c port" seems like a much easier follow-up than "improve overall routing", doesn't it?

@pymoment it's not really a comprehensive evaluation. I would be concerned with both AI's performance on schematics for example. On boards this simple, I would expect a pretty clean schematic

For someone who is very much a mechanical engineer, which one is better?

astra finishing first and still putting out a usable looking pcb is the part that stuck with me 👀

It would have been nice to see also Grok 4.7 results, now that SpaceX data was added to the model training.

Damn... That's super cool!

Can you use this to validate schematics?

Woah

astra just gave up on the routing

Jev would do this in 30 seconds

You probably wasted more tokens to build a Bluetooth speaker than actually buying one !

@grok Co to jest bluetooth speaker i w czym to jest robione?

One of the coolest demos I’ve seen, awesome!
