Or why did she delete the Google Drive that contained discovery items that were shown to the grand jury, should have been turned over to Aidan's defense but never were, and was the real reason the CW was never going to be able to see his charges through to... trial? Or why was Chris Gagne allowed to submit evidence THROUGH Kate Peter and remain an anonymous source of evidence, never having her name listed on any police reports, emails, or court documents and why was SHE never forced to testify before the grand jury or have her entire cell phone extracted to obtain said evidence? Funny, I was not given that same luxury of providing anonymous information (information that they already knew of and had verified from Natalie Wiweke-Bershneider). You people are not very smart. Firstly, all of Kate's moles on their sock accounts outing themselves this morning. Classic. Number two, the "conflict" was created by your precious leader the second he decided to sue me. Cosgrove was always going to be deposed as a witness whether he was added as a third party defendant or not. Because HE was the one, according to what Detective Haldiman told me, who handed over the SA report (which, by the way, are NOT public record AND was still an active investigation) to Bradl during another "discovery dump". SA reports are NEVER public record, even if the investigation had been closed. It was not redacted in any way, shape, or form either. I couldn't even get a copy of my own report because of the law. So no, neither I, or Grant Smith Ellis (who I don't know what he has to do with anything) created the "conflict" or got the charges dropped. NCDAO and Kate Peter and her "people" clearly just expected, tried to prevent (sabotaging my legal fundraiser with the pretend Gaffney donation and ensuing drama), and very much tried to advise me (see prior Gaffney videos) to roll over and take a 2 mill default judgement. Regardless, it seems as NCDAO never intended on seeing the charges with Kearney through to the end anyway. How were they EVER going to explain why messages of Tully's and only the responses FROM Kate Peter were missing (all of my messages TO her were still there) after a certain date? Not all of these people represent Christians, or The boby of Christ. True story, when I was a kid, my mother and father worked for the church. We did a lot of outreach in Brooklyn, East New York, to be specific New Lots & and Alabama. I was about 9 or 10 years old. And the church would go there with clothing food, hot dogs, hamburgers. They would cook and grill, and then they would preach. They would sing, and they would pray. They would do a whole bunch of things. And it was not about the money because the church didn't have a lot of money. They just did it because they wanted to help the people, and I was a part of that as a young kid, so I got to see that people like this are judgmental. Snobby fucking christians.
