People should stop giving this beggars money on the streets.. they should go to Abuja to collect money when they get hungry after selling their PVC for 1k
It is very easy to deceive people these days. These are IDPs in Borno collecting stipends. A beneficiary must submit his pass after collecting his or her money. That’s not PVC.
Everybody calm down and stay objective. This is video shows someone sharing money alright. You likely are interested in the guy collecting the cards. Hold your horses, those are paper Cards not PVCs, a tally to ensure accountability. Look am again.
The man sharing this money is wearing zulum cap! @ARISEtv can someone answer some questions.
@inecnigeria did you guy understand what is going on here. This man using money to collect they PVC and the security agency especially @officialEFCC do not care to act. Sorry for my country. If they not vote buyer I don't no what it is.
Rural vote is our biggest problem to remove problematic leaders. There is a correlation between lack of education and bad voting. 🤷🏾♂️
Exchange PVC for money? Helpless and hopeless situation. The captives have no choice.
Why was that other man taking back part of the money?
U people should stop saying things u do not know. These are women that where affected by boko haram insurgents. The governor gives them money every Month.
