Richard is the Founder and President of the American Institute for Boys and Men, which is an organisation that researches and addresses issues affecting men in our modern society. 10KM COMPLETED! So glad to have completed my third 10KM (6.2 miles) run to raise awareness for mental health. Really struggled at the end but I know that the mental health battle is harder and needs to be spoken about more. We are all in this battle together, you are never alone!
