@insanereality I don’t know why she just didn’t navigate away to safety. The sea lion would then get right off. He didn’t want to be there either, but chose the lesser of two evils.

@insanereality She acted so inexperienced and so scared of the orcas like she had no options other than to be scared. Watching humongous orcas circling underneath was scary AF but all she had to do was crank the boat and scare the whales away or drive off. She was making the orcas make a move.
