Me personally, never was a fan of the Mikan Warm Up drill, not opposed to it, but it’s 2024, have to upgrade 😂 This is a great warm up drill I call “Timme Drill” for footwork and finishing. Short rolls with a bad pass behind the player. Builds agility & cognitive motor skills.

The Game Day F.E.E. by Oregon HC Dan Lanning: Focus: Lock in on what matters. Block out the noise. Energy: Enthusiasm& sense of urgency to compete. Execution: If we have something in this game plan, we are counting on you to execute it at a high level.

USA Drill. This was a warm up drill we did my entire senior year in college thanks to Roman Foore . The idea is to get loose while creating some rhythm and flow and getting everything all in one motion. •Straight in •Glove side •Backhand •Picks on the run

🔥 A great warm-up should prepare players to think—not just sweat. In this three-player drill, PGC Basketball CEO Mano Watsa challenges players to create space, use pass fakes, read the defender and make the right decision in real time. The goal isn’t to memorize a pattern. It’s to develop players who can pull back, stay composed and recognize what the defense gives them. Because once the game starts, the best players don’t simply execute moves. 📖 They read. 🧠 They decide. 🏀 They make the next play. Coaches: Try adding this to your next practice warm-up. #PGCBasketball #ThinkTheGame #BasketballIQ #PlayerDevelopment #BasketballTraining #CoachingBasketball #BasketballDrills #DecisionMaking

Texas Tech last played December 6th while Oregon played 1st round game Saturday. Ducks Coach Dan Lanning doesn't know if that's an advantage for his team "It's more of an indicator that the way we do playoffs in college football is messed up. This game should be at Texas Tech"

The most fun I had on Cold War Zombies in a long time! The newly released T9 Mod Manager has a Classic Zombies mod and this really changes up how the maps play out and it's not easy. Got up to the Valentina boss fight and sadly failed in the first phase but I love the difficulty of it! This is going to be very fun to run on every map! Definitely go check it out! Thank you 𝐅𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜, Figglebottom and all the devs who worked on this mod tool!

If you want to understand the 3 phases, WHY each one matters, and how they build on each other, head to the @shooters_global YouTube channel (LIVE now!!) to hear how I unpack my process. This is what allows me to show up ready instead of just showing up. 🙌🏼

Let's talk Chiefs run game and RPOs, volume up on this. There's a lot I don't discuss TBF, but this is about what the lack of a consistent run game allows a defense to do and what it takes away from the players. This is objectively a great play/result! But is it best for this O?

STOP neglecting your warm ups! Especially your shoulders on any pressing days in the gym If you’re in a good spot and want to get on top of it before it gets bad, steal my upper body warm up before all upper body pressing days You’re going to be able to lift more weight when using this as a warm up as well when proper blood flow is flowing and everything is loosened up rather than going into a lift stiff as fuck Save this protocol and save your shoulders

Cam Newton: "If they don't have Lamar Jackson in this particular game coming up, I think that will be a positive. It's almost like, watching the Baltimore Ravens, they're waiting on everybody else to make the play. ... If Lamar doesn't play, now it puts the onus on everybody...Everybody has to hold up their end of the bargain. That type of play is what we've been waiting on all year." Not the first time sentiments like these have been shared. via First Take

Of course there was a drill going on at the exact same time as the FSU shooting...there always is. It's right up there with the shooter being "previously known to Feds." Funny how a government that spies on everything we, do just can't stop these things before they happen? 🧐

“A lot of these kids, nowadays, they want a check. They don’t want physicality. If you have the check and no physicality, you end up with nothing. We’re not just getting checks at our place. We’re hitting people.” - Kirby Smart on Georgia dominating the 4th quarter 21-0 vs. Texas

The panicked actions of these horses just before today's main race can bust the racing industry's myths better than we can: "They're just a bit excited." No. They're anxious and don't want to race. "They love to race." No. They love to run. Those are two different things. And in this case, many are running out of fear. Horses run naturally from fear of being left behind by the pack and attacked as prey. "They're trained for this." Really? Then why do they need to be controlled by excruciating metal mouth bits? These “equine athletes” did not get a choice in this matter, they never signed up for this or were informed of the risks. If instances like these, the bravery of Running Lion yesterday and White Birch today aren’t examples of individuals showing that they don’t want to do this, then what is? When will we listen to the horses when they tell us "NO"? We were not the only ones protesting today. These animals will continue to resist, and for as long as they do, we will stand up for all life. If, like us, you stand in solidarity with animals, then please join us at a Nonviolence Training and be part of this incredible community! #AnimalRising #AnimalLiberation #EndAnimalExploitation
