Org chart for #California state government - it’s a huge organization - difficult to manage - lots of moving parts - lots of silos with redundant systems such as #IT, #HR, etc. - requires a huge budget - productivity challenges with remote work - etc.

It's why nothing works properly except taxing us and charging us fees. Redundant, bloated and just plain dumb. If you own a business like I do, the absurdity of this is infuriating.

There’s two parallel economies in California. One of them follows the rules, gets all of the licenses, pays all of the fees, answers the phone when the regulators call, and operates in full compliance.

I wonder how many employees are related.

The State of California is a corruption machine.

I hear the ticking of a clock in the background which is symbolic. The financial bloat of our state budget is not sustainable. It’s time for some trimming on this org chart. Coby J. Marcum for Governor of CA (MBA) 💪💜🇺🇸

Wow. That's crazy.

Very simple gov workers vote 90% plus for dems and their public employee unions launder money back into the DNC and their candidates. They will never shrink their bloated bureaucracy because that would cost them money and votes

This is not sustainable. They have serious over staffing with outdated technology is every agency.

cool
