Christianity still looms large in American politics. Ossof and Talarico understand this and are adept at highlighting how Trump and the current GOP are antithetical to the teachings of Christ. It should be obvious to most, but this is how you bring them over.

Ossoff is a problem for Republicans. He has this Atticus Finch presence about him that is polar opposite to the boorish Trump-MAGA demeanor. It’s why you see such vitriol in the replies.

Ossoff wants open borders, illegals to get limited safety nets at the expense of hard working Americans who paid into them, free healthcare, men in girls locker rooms where underage girls are showering, high taxes, defund ICE, he is a dangerous radical.

He's great, but as a member of the "faithless," I object. I suppose it can be argued he doesn't mean "without religion" but "without faith in any ethical system," but that's not how it's generally used in this context. Joining the right in demonizing the very large & growing percentage of liberals who are nonreligious is not the way, Dems.
