Here’s my analysis on NotPixel Airdrop: - Mining phase: it was entertaining to paint on the canvas alongside with many of you! Personally, I had fun drawing 🧡 together with you, just for fun, no competition. For that I will rate it a ✅ - Earn Launchpool: personally, I think this is great that there’s such a tool, that allows holders effortlessly farm tokens. For me it’s a ✅ - Distribution: the major frustrations has been caused by the overload of the smart contract for Airdrop claim, where the biggest frustrations came from the fact that many were not able to claim their tokens for long (Including me) and watched the price go from $0,5 to $0,8 & to $0,2. Personally, I think that if Airdrop claim was done prior to the launch, it may have been better. For that, I will put a ❌ - Launch: NotPixel decided to launch its PX token only on DEX’es on TON. the price at launch actually was at $0,5-$0,8 however, it shortly went down to $0,2 , causing frustration to the community & making them question “who sold?!” & “why no CEX listings?” Here, it’s important to understand the way Sasha & his team decided that they want to build the project. As they mentioned on X “start from the basics, start from 0.” While many dislike this approach, I personally believe that this is how the launches must be happening. Launch on DEX -> generate traction & volume -> go list on CEX’es -> create more news -> grow more from new ppl joining For that I will put ✅ - Team allocation: while many have speculated that “team sold”. this is completely not true. In fact, team has locked their allocation & it can be verified on chain. Which is ✅ for me. - Future plans: NotPixel will have a big canvas on which you will be able to paint, but this time, with some NFT mechanics & PX token integration. For which it is ✅ to me. Burning: NotPixel plan with the new update also includes a mechanism for Burning, which means that PX token will be deflationary. Which is ✅ - ownership revoked: meaning that PX token supply cannot be increased. Nor any modifications could be made to the smart contract at this point. Which is a big ✅ in my opinion - Community: while many are still frustrated with the current token price on the market, many express desire for token appreciation & further growth. One of the interesting feedbacks I saw on the timeline was “NotPixel forced us all to hold”. Which shows that there are ppl who are not willing to get less than their target. Also many express that they want to see PX on CEX’es. For it to grow even more. ✅ - Holders: as with any Airdrop, many have sold their tokens on the market, the volume also came down a bit. However, what’s interesting is that while ~200k ppl sold, the token still fluctuates between the lowest point $0,13 to $0,26. Which shows that there’s a demand & ppl are accumulating more tokens. Currently PX has 205k holders. Which is a ✅ - BuyBacks: the NotPixel team recently announced the buybacks with the money raised from the NotPixel stickers sale. Which created more support for the price on the market. ✅ - Expectations vs reality: Many community members said that they were expecting price to be above $1 as minimum, many were predicting as high as $10. In reality, the price at launch turned out to be much lower than many expected. Leading to the frustration being expressed on the timeline. The first generation of DeePle is officially over! To those who minted—welcome! And to those who bought from the secondary market, you have my utmost respect. So... what’s next? I’d like to say this is just the beginning of an evolving project. There will be a second generation with fresh items and unique features, followed by a third, and more. I'm excited to dive deeper into the DeePleVerse and explore all its possibilities, and it would be an honor to have all of you along for the journey. Now, I’d like to share some thoughts and the vision behind this experimental yet fun art project. Over the past years, we’ve seen countless ups and downs, with beautiful and ugly moments unfolding simultaneously in web3. Here’s what I’ve learned along the way: 1/1s and Editions are fantastic for maintaining authenticity and scarcity, especially from incredible artists. However, they can feel too exclusive, making it difficult to build a larger community. On the other hand, PFPs are great for fostering a community, bringing people together around a shared belief. But they often lack the authenticity of fine art and can attract too much speculation. I’ve always wondered how we could bring the best of both worlds together. And that’s how DeePle was born—after much thought and exploration. I wanted to remove the gambling aspect, so there’s no reveal or rarity. I wanted collectors to have full control, allowing them to choose what to mint based on what they see. I also believe it’s crucial to strike the right balance between public and coordinated spots for the drop to avoid creating a speculative atmosphere. While I have some interesting ideas for the future, I’m never going to reveal what’s coming or use the word "roadmap" because I want to avoid creating unnecessary hype and making unrealistic promises. For now, I hope people find value in the experience and become part of the DeePleVerse. The goal is to build a genuine community, step by step, with each new round of drops, and to gradually bring in more people over time. None of this would have been possible without the Shape and Transient Labs. Shape created an impressive and efficient L2 chain that enables the complexity and functionality necessary for this project. And Transient Labs fully understood my vision, creating the perfect tool to bring DeePle to life. I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead!

1️⃣ I did everything I could for Ritual I made all kinds of contributions. For 8 months, I contributed to Ritual, but I am extremely disappointed with their system. I made 181 contributions on X, bought Canva Premium to design infographics, and sent almost 17,000 messages. Despite all this, I have been permanently ignored for 8 months. Two of my friends, Ashish.Base.eth (❖,❖) (230 contributions) and KUNDAN (150 contributions), are facing the same treatment. Because of this unfair and favoritism based system, I decided to post on Twitter to expose it. When we raised our voice after 6 months of hard work and 150+ contributions, the so called Indian community handlers and famous team members labeled it as FUD and continued ignoring us. 2️⃣ When we asked the Indian community handlers why we were not given roles after 8 months, they said: “We can’t do anything, the team decides.” But when we contacted the team or mods, they said: “Go back to the Indian community handlers, they will help you.” If these handlers and big mods really can’t do anything, then why are they even here? They are here to build connections This system has been making fun of me and other hard working contributors. 3️⃣ Now look at the people who received roles based on “quality contributions.” Everything is available with proof. One person (Yaneul) got a role with only 15 very low quality contributions (mostly food and event screenshots). He even got Ritualist with just 25 contributions. This clearly shows either connections were used or it could be a mod’s second account. Another person (placboeffect) got a role with just 9 contributions. Many people received roles at 35, 40, 50, 55, 60 contributions, while I had 181 contributions. This is what they call “quality contributions.” 4️⃣ Now decide yourself: Who contributed more? Who worked harder? People contributing for 8 months to 1 year are ignored, while others get roles at 9 or 25 contributions. Yes, we may have wasted our time, but we did work hard. 5️⃣ I didn’t want to come to X. but after contributing like a mad person and getting ignored, I don’t want to waste my time anymore. 6️⃣ I don’t know if the Josh (❖,❖) admin is aware of how mods and team are damaging this project Claire (❖,❖) she just help her country mates doesn't care about other people. 7️⃣ What’s the worst that can happen? Universities and High Schools have not moved rapidly enough to guide students to have skills for the next decade. THEY HAVE FAILED. It is a massive crisis that can be averted by understanding what AI and Robotics will bring about. Solutions are knowing how to use these tools and new industries that will rise. But this situation is also on ALL OF US. No “job” is safe from founder to entry level in most industries. You and I, by what we do, will be “replaced” ultimately. What to do? AI and Robotics are tools, the next decade is owned by those who know how to use them expertly, but this is also temporary. We have to understand that what we do for “work” will change giving ultimately a greater value to those that are: Creative Flexible Always learning Willing to be wrong Love being human Love being alive Know history Covet wisdom Knowing all tech has downsides Building strong family and friends Realize many institutions have failed The first four are required for you to be able to live through this period with your sanity intact. The rest will allow you to thrive. There are no true careers at this point anymore. There are advocation and vocations which will either earn you money or give life meaning. We will learn that we are not “what we do”, just like we knew for 99% of human existence. Let that sink in. — You and I are far, far ahead of knowing this and we can do two things: 1) Laugh at the “clueless” 2) Help people understand with grace Go to Reddit if you are 1, in fact don’t follow me because you will not like this next decade and what I post. You are 2 and thank you. Even if you and I have not solved this issue, we can help people understand what is ahead and with determination and creativity bound together to solve it locally. Or human family has done this millions of times. The evidence is: you are here. The Neo Luddite movement has not even begun and it will potentially rip apart society even more than all the fashionable moment in the recent past has. These Luddites will have a good point with the wrong answers cooked up by dying academics that cling to labels, “virtues” and victim hood. It will be readymade for some governments to enter in as “big daddy” to “help us”. You will not like what they do, but you will only know when it is too late. It will include YOU “volunteering” to “leave” by 60, to “help out” CanadaPod style. “Brian, I’m 24 what do I do?”. I hope to do much more here to help. But I do know this: 1) Learn a trade or vocation because it’s valuable. It may also be free to low cost if you do it right. 2) Learn everything you can about USING AI and TRAINING YOUR AI. Your expertise will be in the top 1% for a decade. But not forever. 3) Understand Bitcoin and how it will rise while other things sink. This is a short list for now. We will know more moving forward. When you see videos like this posted below, know one thing: Many of these folks had no real family of mental and physical support. Maybe no parent or one parent. Maybe only a broke system to prepare them for—nothing. This was not their doing. Now it is not your “job” to help them, it is your survival to help them if that is what you need. See some day after the dust settles these 20 year olds will be 40 year olds and running YOUR world. And at some point you may need them more than you think you do. You will need them, as they need you now. THIS IS WHAT PAST WISDOM KNEW. The elders of the past never found the need to piss on the youth and hope for the best. This post about bench press safety escaped containment and got a lot of people commenting in disagreement that safeties/spotter arms would've saved him. And in truth, my language below was a little too absolute: safeties MIGHT have saved his life (though even if so, would not have prevented all damage), but it's far from certain that they would have, so I stand by the overall sentiment. I will explain in detail below. The spotter arms have to be set below the top of your arched chest or else they’ll interfere with every rep - you'll clang the bar on the safeties, which not only severely interrupts proper technique and performance, but can also be potentially injurious in its own right as the clanging against the safeties takes you out of the rhythm of the rep and leads to uneven and chaotic force application demands mid-rep. The safeties can’t be set a mere milimeter or even a half inch below the chest: both because most racks have 2-3 inch hole spacings that don't allow such finely calibrated setting, but even if they do - also because as a gross movement pattern, not a fine movement pattern, you can’t control the movement of the bar precisely and accurately enough not to clang the safeties if they’re so close to your chest. Human beings performing gross movement patterns simply lack such fine control: on heavy sets, the bar might be slightly uneven on one side, you might lose a touch of your arch over the course of the set, etc... and end up clanging the safeties anyway, if they're set so close to the top of your arched chest. These issues are not form errors that can be prevented with proper training, but are inherent limitations in the human capability to control gross motor pattern movements at a heavy weight. Thus, the safeties have to be far enough below your chest in order to not interfere with the set itself, such that they can’t possibly catch the bar before it hits your chest in the case of a sudden catastrophic drop. The proper placement for the safeties is far enough below your chest so as not to interfere with the normal execution of the set and so the bar never touches the safeties at all during the set, even with the inherent human limitations of gross motor pattern control. But high enough such tha - if you find yourself unable to successfully press the bar to lockout - you can bring the bar under control back down to your chest, exhale and drop your arch, and the bar will ideally now rest on the safeties instead of your chest and you can crawl and slither out from under it. Worst case, you can roll the bar slightly upwards and the safeties will soon take it, well before it would lie on your neck. I have an example of using the safeties this way in the video below, with 485 lbs. The ability to set this position with precision and accuracy depends on the equipment you're using: Some racks/benches have 1 inch spacings for this purpose, which is excellent and allows greater precision in safety placement, but most common racks have 2-3 inches between holes and thus people must often have the safeties a little lower than they'd ideally be. The main point is the proper use and purpose of safeties in the bench press is not really to catch a very rare catastrophic sudden drop onto your chest, but to allow you to survive the much more common situation of a normal failed rep. Could they theoretically save your life in such a situation where you drop it? Yes, they might. They won't stop the bar before it hits your chest but they might reduce the impact by stopping the bar from going further down and reducing the impact. This may or may not save your life in this rare catastrophic drop situation - it's good to have them there, set up anyway, but it's far from a sure bet. I've been bench pressing regularly for well over 20 years, always put my thumbs around the bar, and have never dropped it on myself. In the video below, I tweaked my pec while pushing through a rep at 485 and had to set the bar on the pins to avoid getting trapped under it. And due to their legal jurisdictions, they will report your finances to authorities since they're CRS and FACTA compliant. We are not. As an OmniBank, we work with different banking partners, and although KYC is required to use our services, our offshore banks are non-CRS and non-FACTA. How to stay sane VTubing for a living! (From a full-time Vtuber and manager) 1 - Let people know you are in it full-time: Let your audience know this relies on their support without holding them hostage; Let them know you value their support, yes also to lurkers, yes also to people who can only be there for a few minutes a day. They are who made you. 2 - Be greatful: Don't whine about failures, celebrate the times you get back up. Nobody likes consistent negativity on their feed. Of course you can express when you are struggling, BUT consider building yourself AND your audience up, tons better for your MH. 3 - Budget properly: Yes, that new model or $300 background looks good, but surviving looks better, staying out of debt feels loads better. Keep aa 50-50 from your goals as a wage and only reinvest 50% of your VTuber stonks into VTubing, especially into projects that make very little back like music, skebs, etc. 4 - Be friendly, not a pushover: Risking your safety, mh, privacy is never worth it. Nobody should be making demands beyond the boundaries and timescale you set. Collab not comfortable for your schedule, don't do it. Friends pushing you to show your irl info, not your friends. Chat asking too much from you, you can give them a friendly no. It's your space, curate it to your needs. 5 - Work hard and reflect: Nobody wants to admit they have been lazy or could have done more, but sometimes it's good to admit to yourself that you were expecting too high a number for the content you put out. It sucks, but looking into your weaknesses as well as strengths is the only way to do better in the future. 6 - Make time: Don't spend 12h a day streaming when you get paid less than minimum wage per hour, stop burning yourself out for zero discoverability. Your time is better spend brainstorming and creating more off-stream content, looking at other streamers content and learning from those that came before you. Your time is so valuable, don't waste it. 7 - Finally: You are a person off-stream!!! Eat, drink, workout, socialize if you can. Have secrets. Have a life, friends and interests outside of stream. You don't need to share everything with your chat and community, and likewise you DON'T have to share your VTubing journey with your family if they don't need to know. Blue-Green Algae at Red Bud Isle☠️🐶 Austin, TX - Austin Watershed Protection staff have observed thick mats of blue-green algae, some of which may be toxic, notably near Red Bud Isle on Lady Bird Lake and at Walsh Boat Landing on Lake Austin. The week has been a great one with lots of updates on different scales and different events altogether, but that doesn't also rule out the fact that there's still sense to make out in all of these.
