I was lucky enough to be at that Monday night game...my only game I attended at RFK. The atmosphere was super-exciting! Monk was the best! Hail to the Redskins!

Class act! He ran great routes, fantastic hands and tough! His QB for most of those catches didn’t have a strong arm (Theisman) and timing and being able to hold onto the ball while being hit was necessary.

Was watching live on MNF. While listening to Frank, Sonny and Sam. @AlG

80’s, early 90’s the Redskins had some of the best teams in history.

Art Monk is one of my favorites. I met him years ago at one of his football camps....such a nice man.

Imagine having to wait 7 years after becoming eligible to finally be inducted into the Hall of Fame. That was a joke.
