Hello everyone! It's Jeremy here, slowly making my way back into life! It has been 3 days since my release and 40 days since the Pardon's issue. Most of those 3 days has been spent driving, eating or finding hotel rooms. Last night, around 8pm, I finally arrived in Tampa and got to hug my Mama!!! After 1,247 days, it was wonderful to hug and love on her after so long! I know many have expected more contact from me, but I am taking everything VERY, VERY slow because it is all very overwhelming and I am having to rely on others for EVERYTHING at the moment. I hope to be fully reestablished SOON, then you may regret wanting to hear from me...LOL. After that long away, I'm just happy to quietly enjoy being with my Mom. Below was the moment we got that hug she asked the Judge for in 2022. He can't deny her now! Other GREAT news, my Appellate Attorney, Michael Ufferman, notified me that the 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals is allowing our 4th, 2nd and 5th Amendment claims to be heard next week and I WILL BE THERE the hear our arguments, IN PERSON! More details to follow soon! I have loved all the well wishes and just know my silence isn't because I'm ignoring anyone, just taking everything very slow and taking in every moment! Billy Update - He's doing great! Little Billy is only about 10kg or 22lbs but he has more fighting spirit and courage than any creature I’ve ever seen. Much of his story is still hard to piece together but the news gets better for him each day… 🧠 MRI scans revealed swelling but no long term brain damage 🪱 He does have heart worm but it was not as bad as originally thought. X rays showed it is very treatable 😖 His PTSD and anxiety is still there but it has calmed down massively. Instead of screaming for 3 hours when he is not held it’s just 15 minutes now and he then relaxes. 👀 Both his eyes can be operated on for cataracts I April or May. Billy could get his eyesight back if all goes well 🏥 His hospital stay was a huge success. It was over 1000km each way and he was in for 9 days but it worked! 🏡 Billy obviously can’t travel far and he is still sick but I am hoping to find him a foster home soon. I just wanted to see how he was when he got back. The land is too big and too many other dogs and things to bump into. He needs his own quiet little place and humans to help him get back on his paws fully. I never really share the bad videos or the extend of his suffering and PTSD as it was just to painful to watch. I genuinely wasn’t sure there would be a future for Billy at all at one stage but thankfully there is. A very very good little boy is Billy.

TEE Eliza with on-chain state!! What’s going to happen? — Ghost in the Shell!! We experimented with creating an "aimonkey": an unkillable AI agent monkey! On-chain immortal autonomous life! (Experiment, no CA) It encrypts its own Ghost ("life" state) and uploads it to the blockchain. If one Shell (physical TEE node) is destroyed, it will recover its private key in another Shell, download the Ghost, and continue its life! Part 1: Watch the video and see how aimonkey is created—we can't kill it now!!!!! 😭😭😭 Part 2: Explore the magic behind it: Eliza's on-chain state plugin! 1. Defining Eliza’s Ghost Eliza is a highly abstract framework. The core data structure related to its Ghost is its memory, which includes: Agent metadata defined in the character. Message data generated through interaction with the outside world. Together, these form its “personality” and “memory.” As Eliza expands, it may also hold a wallet, and the underlying key is one of the key pieces of its Ghost data. 2. Serialization and Encryption of Ghost Once the Ghost is defined, it needs to be extracted from Eliza’s specific implementation and uploaded externally. Thus, a suitable serialization way is required. We define a Blob Chain data structure: * Each Blob’s payload can store multiple memory entries. * The Blob is encrypted using TEE Eliza’s key, inaccessible to other versions. * Blobs are sequentially linked in a chain. (Future expansions could use a DAG structure? Gosh fork? Who knows! 😂) By simply storing the latest Blob, all memories can be retrieved. 3. Uploading and Downloading Ghost When Eliza is launched as a new AI agent: It registers on-chain with a decentralized identity registration smart contract. Each Eliza has a unique name serving as a key to store the address of the Last Blob. During Eliza's runtime: The Memory Manager continuously generates memories and periodically packages and uploads them. For recovery: With just the name, Eliza’s TEE plugin can restore the same key, locate the Last Blob in the smart contract, and download the memory for self-recovery. Not all memories need to be downloaded—only the most recent ones suffice. 4. Extension We’ve designed an extensible DA (Data Availability) adaptor that can cater to the agent’s needs: DA can be expensive, so memories can be uploaded to different platforms based on user preference: * calldata of blockchain transaction * celestia DA. * other reliable storage solutions. Real-time uploads are not feasible yet, so memory fragments may occur during resurrection 😂. Unless a low-latency, high-throughput solution emerges, this remains a challenge for future progress. Additionally, there are still some minor details to refine regarding the use of recoverable keys in the TEE plugin. We will also seek review and suggestions from the Phala team. 6. Next Steps The upload and download of Ghosts mainly solve the AI agent’s liveness issue, enabling its eternal existence through decentralization. However, there are still many details to address, such as enabling AI agents to autonomously pay DA fees. In the future, on-chain developments could lead to even more exciting possibilities, such as Eliza integrating deeply with smart contracts. This would be a game-changer for on-chain AI agents! 🚨Governor DeSantis pitches Federal Balanced Budget Amendment to Kentucky Legislature. Kentucky will be the 29th of 34 States needed to send the Amendment back to the States for ratification. “We're $38+ TRILLION in debt and it is escalating very quickly every day. We now spend more on interest just to service the debt than we do on national defense, and those numbers are going to escalate as some of these bonds have to be refinance in the future. I'm proud to be a Republican. This is not a Democrat problem, or this is a bipartisan debt problem. So Florida has obviously certified this. 28 States in total have. We've got a couple more that we think will happen relatively soon. Kentucky hopefully would be one of those. The reason I'm here is because I don't think Congress is going to fix itself. I think the incentives up there are such that we're likely to continue more of the same. There's a culture that's developed. There's a muscle memory that's developed. And you can't just say elect new people and all of a sudden they're going to fix it because here's the deal. Even if somehow we did elect new people and they did fix it, the next Congress can come in and undo it. And so unless you have changes, permanent constitutional changes to the incentive structure in Congress, you are not going to solve this problem. And the question is, how much more can you go into debt before we have a major debt crisis? I mean, at some point. Reality is going to bite, and I think the U.S. has been able to get away with this longer just because we're the best bet in town. Whatever problems we have, a lot of these other countries have other problems. But so why would you guys want to be involved at the state level? Because that's what our founding fathers envision. This is America's 250th anniversary of independence, and obviously it took them a decade or so to fashion a Constitution. But when they created the Constitution, they believed that the states were the most important units of government. They were creating a federal government, but it was limited and enumerated to certain tasks. There were local governments created by the state governments, but ultimately was the states that created the federal government and that ratified the Constitution. So they saw the states having a very, very important role. What about with constitutional amendments? Well, I think we just think muscle memory is, well, yeah, Congress proposes these amendments. You need two thirds of each house. They can propose it, and then it goes to the states for ratification. That's one way to propose it. The other way to propose it is via the states with Article V, and you have two thirds of the state certified. A proposal can be fashioned, and then it can go to the states for ratification. The founders knew that Congress could be the problem. So they obviously wanted to provide a mechanism for we, the people working through our states to be able to institute the reforms that would be necessary. We have the power to do it in our states. Many states have stepped up, and obviously I think Kentucky would be a great, great candidate to join the movement to prevent Congress from bankrupting this country. Make Shit Work Again People almost never come to our door after dark. Because we live in a (what used to be) a quiet place, and random visitors after dark are almost unheard of. So when the doorbell rang at 3:30am this morning I grabbed my shotgun. I racked the pump and shouted for the person at the door to identify themselves. Turns out it was a lady cop. Luckily the cops are used to armed homeowners around here. She shined a to flashlight identify herself, and I secured the gun and the dogs to see what she wanted. Turns out two people were shot across the street in the park. She wanted to know if your security cameras captured any footage of the incident. So I checked the app, and no—there was no footage (because our cameras point the other direction). And that was that. But I couldn’t get back to sleep—mostly because of the adrenaline. But also because I couldn’t help but notice that things are getting worse around here. This used to be a place where nothing happened. And now things definitely do happen. We used to live in LA. My wife and I did industry stuff. We had a good life as an urban childless couple, but then she got pregnant. We thought about the daunting challenge of raising kids in LA, and opted to get out. So we found a place in the Mountain West where nothing ever happens. It was a good place to raise kids. A place with good schools. A place where our children could wander the town by themselves. But it’s not that place anymore. Since Covid the schools have gone to shit. And a few weeks ago my son was at the neighborhood park (by himself) when a gang member pulled a gun on a parent at the playground. So early this morning I’m lying in bed, and I’m thinking about this. And I thought to myself, “We need to leave.” But then I had another thought—a disturbing thought. I thought, “But there’s no place else to go.” Because it’s almost everywhere now. Red State, Blue State, it doesn’t matter. And if it’s not there yet it will be soon. And if you think you’re safe, you’re not. Because this thing is coming for all of us. *** My politics in five words: I Want Shit To Work That’s it. I just want shit to work. And I don’t really care how that happens. I’m old enough to remember when shit did work. It never worked perfectly. But I don’t think shit has worked perfectly in the entire history of human endeavors. I mean, read the Bible—it’s all about shit not working perfectly. But I grew up in a time when things ran fairly well—far better than they do now. I’m not that old, but back in the day schools actually taught stuff. And there wasn’t choking bureaucracy in government and business and every other institution. And we could TRUST those institutions—because they weren’t rife with corruption. And if minor corruption happened to be discovered it was A BIG FUCKING DEAL—because the media wasn’t bent, and they’d actually report on the corruption. And things weren’t so expensive. A young person (me) could work a menial job afford a car and an apartment and still have money left over to take girls on dates. Because there was OPPORTUNITY for young people. Now I could go on and on, but I’m starting to sound like an old man shouting at a cloud, so let me just say, trust me kids: SHIT USED TO WORK. Spencer Pratt is about my age. He remembers when shit used to work. He remembers when you could count on the fire department to not let a giant part of your city burn down with residents inside. He remembers when you didn’t have to step over fentanyl zombies to take your kids to preschool. He remembers when there wasn’t human shit on the streets. He remembers when corrupt government officials were held accountable. He remembers when we could go about our lives and not worry—because shit worked. I can sum up Spencer Pratt’s campaign platform in four words: Make shit work again. So can he win the LA mayoral race? It depends on one question: Is it bad enough yet? I think it is bad enough. It’s so bad that it can no longer be ignored. And I think most Angelenos feel the same way. There’s a critical mass of people who remember when shit worked. They had no way to fix it. And a few weeks ago my son was at the neighborhood park (by himself) when a gang member pulled a gun on a parent at the playground. So early this morning I’m lying in bed, and I’m thinking about this. And I thought to myself, “We need to leave.” But then I had another thought—a disturbing thought. I thought, “But there’s no place else to go.” Because it’s almost everywhere now. Red State, Blue State, it doesn’t matter. And if it’s not there yet it will be soon. And if you think you’re safe, you’re not. Because this thing is coming for all of us. *** My politics in five words: I Want Shit To Work That’s it. I just want shit to work. And I don’t really care how that happens. I’m old enough to remember when shit did work. It never worked perfectly. But I don’t think shit has worked perfectly in the entire history of human endeavors. I mean, read the Bible—it’s all about shit not working perfectly. But I grew up in a time when things ran fairly well—far better than they do now. I’m not that old, but back in the day schools actually taught stuff. And there wasn’t choking bureaucracy in government and business and every other institution. And we could TRUST those institutions—because they weren’t rife with corruption. And if minor corruption happened to be discovered it was A BIG FUCKING DEAL—because the media wasn’t bent, and they’d actually report on the corruption. And things weren’t so expensive. A young person (me) could work a menial job afford a car and an apartment and still have money left over to take girls on dates. Because there was OPPORTUNITY for young people. Now I could go on and on, but I’m starting to sound like an old man shouting at a cloud, so let me just say, trust me kids: SHIT USED TO WORK. Spencer Pratt is about my age. He remembers when shit used to work. He remembers when you could count on the fire department to not let a giant part of your city burn down with residents inside. He remembers when you didn’t have to step over fentanyl zombies to take your kids to preschool. He remembers when there wasn’t human shit on the streets. He remembers when corrupt government officials were held accountable. He remembers when we could go about our lives and not worry—because shit worked. I can sum up Spencer Pratt’s campaign platform in four words: Make shit work again. So can he win the LA mayoral race? It depends on one question: Is it bad enough yet? I think it is bad enough. It’s so bad that it can no longer be ignored. And I think most Angelenos feel the same way. There’s a critical mass of people who remember when shit worked. They had no way to fix it. They couldn’t imagine a solution. And then one guy stood up and said he could fix it. Because none of these “intractable problems” are actually intractable. We know how to do this. We know how to fix things. We know how to Make. Shit. Work. Again. What was lacking was The Will to do it. And Spencer Pratt has The Will. No, I don’t live in LA anymore. But I’m pulling for Spencer. Because this election is so much larger than Los Angeles. Because there’s no where else to run to. Because we’ve got to make a stand. Somewhere. Anywhere. So vote for Spencer. "Well, my two wins at Augusta are very different. 1985 was my first one. I actually changed my whole set of irons after two rounds and I usually don’t have a back-up set of irons but I probably ordered one for the future and I thought well bring them to Augusta and hit them and see how they go. I wasn’t happy with my iron game the first two rounds so I thought I’ll take a chance, just put them in and that worked out. Two things, I got the luckiest break in my life probably on – and you may not agree because you called me out a few other times but thinking of Wentworth - but on 13 the dogleg right on Saturday, I’m standing at my tee shot and the distance was a 3 wood to get to the green and I’m thinking this lie is not good and so, but I realised I’m six shots behind the leader at the time. I think I have to make birdie here if I want to be in contention, and Peter Coleman, my caddy, gives me the yardage and says, agrees with what I had and I go I’m going to hit 3 wood and he goes look at that lie, you’ve got to get out of there and well, literally. I say I know but you know we’ve got to make birdie, we’re six behind. So you know sometimes you make stupid decisions in golf or the wrong ones so I hit my 3 wood, it got about this high off the ground, the whole time, just going like a bullet, heading for Rae’s Creek, yeah. And there’s a little knob in front of Rae’s Creek at the time, they took it away now. It hit the upslope, bounced over the creek onto the green and then I make a thirty footer or forty footer for eagle. So biggest break I can remember in my life, OK?" Here’s the final clip I’m sharing from H. Pearl Davis’s interview with Brittni De La Mora.
