I'd actually seen this episode and it turns out otis is not bessy's son but her actual son is still floating in the sky holding on to the balloon at the end of the episode

I know it’s a spinoff but I do wish they would at least mention Ben or miles Which I haven’t watched all of the show yet but the only sorta minor thing was Otis saying that his dad took him to the circus (at least that’s what I’ve seen)

I also saw that episode, the one with the circus in town. Otis says that his father used to take him to see the circus and that he loved the circus very much. Onmiles wasn't mentioned in the series, unfortunately; perhaps he could have been mentioned if there had been a 3 season

Because Steve Oederek, the creator of the series, said it would be iconic if all the cows had udders, and he also said that he's a city guy and doesn't know much about farm animals 🤣🤣🤣

This episode made me laugh so hard I couldn't get up. Especially the scene when they pranked Nora and she thought her whole house was in the space. Then Bessy told Otis to apologize and both she and Nora kinda bonded, because Nora also had a problematic nephew.

I honestly love this series in general, but this is my favorite episode for the emotional core it had. It felt the most *like* the movie to me. (also yeah, ya gotta *watch* the episode to understand what's actually going on)
