Sinn Fein were spending €408,000 per house 3 years ago in Belfast! +3 years building inflation +Dublin building costs = Under €300k housing for Dublin, today ⁉️ Seriously!!! How can anyone believe anything Sinn Fein says?

You are effectively subsidising each purchase by over 100k per unit. Taxpayers money . Will this pass the EU rules on state subsidies? If you build 5,000 affordable purchase homes in year 1, but you get 50,000 applicants, who gets the houses?? Raffle??

@EOBroin So there it is Finally your report where taxpayers have to subsidise the cost of housing You also want to increase taxation for families earning in excess of €130k Why would anyone want to better themselves with education when you want to tax them out of existence

The housing minister doesn't agree with the SF plan, yet he dodges any debate with Eoin O'Broin as old Darragh knows that Eoin will wipe the floor with him ,yet again. Darragh O'Brien, the minister for creating record homeless figures.
