9 out of 10 women prefer male managers over female ones. With women, subconscious power plays often surface -envy, competition, and the instinct to assert dominance. It becomes less about work and more about unspoken rivalries. With men, logic prevails. As long as the job’s done, there's no need for resentment or manipulation. The hierarchy is clear, and the rules are understood.

The most important thing would be to change women's perspective about themselves.

But I don't see any post or tweet from you regarding women cruelty or crime related to women . You never post anything when our women's wrestlers are protesting on the road . Just post and the Govt will give you an award for your extraordinary service for women that is the system
