Despite the foreign propaganda rankings which is bullshit anyway- we think democracy means right to vote. Ask yourself: 1. What is your position vis-a-vis a goonda/rowdy of the local politician? 2. You can criticise PM but can you even do slight dissent against local politician?

Oxford & Harvard produce Ph Ds with far left stanced candidates. They ensure that students are made to change their opinions by moderation & forced counselling as necessary before awarding the Degree.

Both of them have a point. India stinks. It might not stink as much as some of the others. And the rankings are very very very subjective. (E.g. I'm from Finland, and by no means do I believe that Finland is the "happiest country" in the world.) India needs to eliminate its caste system for real (and not just in name), and stamp out the massive corruption, if it ever wants to rise above where it is right now.
