Judge Jeanine's comments on Fox are a direct assault on the Constitution. Telling law-abiding Americans they'll go to jail for exercising their 2nd Amendment rights in DC? That's tyranny, plain and simple. I've fought for freedom in Congress, and this kind of talk empowers the swamp. We must protect our God-given rights everywhere without exceptions!

It does not override the Fourth Amendment. An ICE administrative warrant is signed by ICE. A judicial warrant is signed by a judge. Blurring “arrest authority” into “home-entry authority” isn’t a legal argument. It’s a messaging tactic. If people believe they have to open the door, enforcement gets easier. Its fourth section states that if the president does not want or cannot acknowledge his incapacity, then the vice president and the members of the cabinet (majority) can declare him incapacitated and remove him from power. The vice president becomes the acting president. The removed president can appeal this decision and then the vote goes to Congress, where the final decision must be made by a two-thirds majority in both houses.

"Stop thinking that somehow owning a gun and possessing a gun is a God-given right from the US Constitution or the North Carolina Constitution. It's not, it is not a God-given right."
