Reminder. A child's "gender identity" is the identity chosen for them by parents/adult's whom the child needs to please. It is developmentally impossible for a child to have a fixed "gender identity" unless you believe they were born with it. And here we are into religious territory.

Is it conversion therapy to suggest to children that they might be "born in the wrong body"? If not, why not?

You can't "end conversion practices" without a BASIC understanding of their purpose. The term does not refer to *any* effort to change a person's self-perception. A therapist who helps a person who hates herself come to value herself is not practicing "conversion therapy.">

Stop transing away the gay.

Surgery is pretty radical conversion therapy, no? And it's one way.

Why are you supporting practices that literally ‘convert’ a person’s sex? Trans is the real conversion, it’s in the name. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Try accepting than men can wear dresses, fancy men, be feminine, all while staying as MEN. The only conversation here is the trans movement.

I would have thought conversion therapy would refer to anyone attempting to advise anyone, especially children, that they can change their sex. Helping someone to be what they are born sound like normal counselling to me. I can guess who came up with the term 'conversion therapy'
