I am not a UK lawyer but you seem to be ignoring what I understand to be the law. But there is another question here: why does the idea that women should have a private, safe space where men, however they identify, are not allowed, trouble you?

You cant vote to not comply with the law on single sex spaces. You can call the all ponds unisex/mixed sex ponds if you want and allow males and females access ,but you cant vote to allow eg: some males to access the womens/female pond. Surely, you can see that?

Either TW are women, in which case let them ecpose their “female” genitalia in front of women, or they are men, in which case offer private changing areas, so women can change in private away from penises and testicles.
