Millions of patients will be treated closer to home under a 10-year plan for the NHS in England. The Prime Minister will announce a network of around 200 neighbourhood health hubs to move care out of overcrowded hospitals and into the community. The Royal College of Nursing says the plan will only work if the nursing workforce is expanded. ＠richardgaisford has more.
