Heres a crazy idea… if you want to improve traffic/transit… fix roads (NYC is an absolute UNMITIGATED DISASTER with potholes, grate dips, broken surfaces, dirt and debris), increase capacity, and absolutely most importantly… reduce bottlenecks. 🙄 if cars had a way through/out of NYC there WOULDN’T BE ANY CONGESTION!! And maybe provide mass transit that’s safe, clean and operating to/from places people want/need go too just for kicks.

I can't wait to move away from this state, NYC will be crushed by this and so will taxpayers, thanks but no thanks.

Sounds like a person who has never traveled to Manhattan as an ordinary citizen from the outer Boroughs or suburbs.
