Here where this guy is wrong. Our immigration laws state, if you enter this country illegally, you are to be deported. If you over stay your visa you are to be deported. Which means these people are not subject to the jurisdiction of the state. Having a child while not being subject to the jurisdiction of the state, puts that child in the same situation. There are no exceptions to this in the Constitution.

If you just read what the guy who wrote the 14TH Amendment had to say about it, all this is easy to clear up. That’s what SCOTUS will do. And then you’ll complain that they’re conservatives, blah blah blah. The constitution is super clear. There is no such thing as birthright citizenship. Never has been.
