Have you watched the full video of Charlie or any videos? You basically agreed that he said things he didn't really say. He was referring to three women who admit they were benefits of affirmative action, Joy Reid, Michelle Obama and Justice Jackson (the last of whom can't define a woman). I think he said it inartfully. But Joy Reid brags about affirmative action and not only do I think AA is racist, the Supreme Court found it was racist. I'm sure someone could find a short clip of you talking that would make you look bad. Have grace and listen to Charlie in his entirety.
