The video shows a red Ferrari veering out of control at high speed while exiting a tunnel onto a highway, before crashing into a concrete barrier. The sports car is engulfed in flames moments after the impact. People nearby immediately attempted to help Zampella and the passenger traveling with him. The fatal crash occurred on Sunday in the San Gabriel Mountains of California. Zampella, who was driving the vehicle, died at the scene. His passenger later died in hospital from sustained injuries.
