@away I have 2 sets of your luggage; handle mechanism on my lg suitcase is nonworking. I've been trying for 2 wks to get someone in cust svc to return a call or msg. Chat option useless. There's a store in Hou (an hour away)- I'd rather receive the warranty service I was promised

Which customers told you to get rid of the battery charger? Now your luggage is just like any of the others, but more expensive and in worse colors.

Hi. The descriptions of the new Carry On models seem to make no mention of an integrated battery, one of your key differentiators, and the reason I bought my Away cases years ago. Do the new models no longer include a battery?
