Totally agree with this. Lately I have been coming across many kalari schools where even women are learning this art form One of my friends learnt it recently and recovered from a severe cervical pain over a period. She took online classes.

I am learning Kalari since the past 3.5 years. My life has changed multifold. Its not just about self defense and attacking the perpetrator, but there is a great level of spirituality attached to it which changes you from within. Must be learnt by all Bharatiyas

Boys can never be girls. Girls can never be boys. Let’s protect girls’ sports and private spaces, and also protect AB Hernandez and other vulnerable kids from the gender medical industry.
