Our first test flight is just the beginning! Behind the scenes, we are focused on up-scaling and improving our technology. We are excited to announce that we have successfully tested the central subsystem of our Helix 2.0 oxygen-rich staged-combustion engine: the powerpack. We have performed two successful hot-fire tests in which we have shown steady-state operation and cavitation limits. The powerpack incorporates the turbopump and pre-burner(s). It is the most complex as well as the most mechanically and thermally stressed subsystem of a staged-combustion engine. This milestone validated key technological challenges, such as the simultaneous ignition of multiple pre-burners and turbopump cavitation performance. The results are in-line with the predictions from our design models. Josh West intentionally grabbed and pulled on the steering wheel of a Tesla Robotaxi during a ride to see what would happen. He did it multiple times from the backseat. The Robotaxi responded by braking, giving safety alerts, and contacting support. He also unbuckled his seatbelt while the vehicle was moving and, after the ride, put one of his own stickers on the Robotaxi. The Tesla team reviewed the trip, cited safety violations and property damage, and suspended his Robotaxi access. Then he turned around and made a video titled “I Got BANNED From The Tesla Robotaxi Network… So You Don’t Have To!” No… You didn’t do this “so we don’t have to.” Nobody needed you to grab the steering wheel of an unsupervised Robotaxi. Nobody needed you to intentionally trigger its safety systems. Nobody needed you to put your sticker on a vehicle that doesn’t belong to you. You did it for content. And this is exactly the kind of stupid shit that pisses me, many investors, and many hardworking employees on the Tesla team off. The Tesla team has spent YEARS working their asses off to make unsupervised Robotaxis a reality. Engineers have dedicated countless hours to building, testing, and improving this technology while Tesla fights through regulatory scrutiny and proves the system can safely scale. Then a fool gets access and intentionally fucks with the vehicle for a YouTube video. Think about how selfish that is. Millions of people are waiting for this technology to expand. Tesla employees have spent years of their lives working to get it this far. The last thing the program needs is some attention seeker intentionally creating safety incidents for clicks. Tesla cut its Gigacasting processing time from 180 seconds to 75 seconds — nearly 60% faster 🌊 The Model Y Juniper rear casting now weighs approximately 60 kg, down from 67 kg on the previous generation. Much of the industry conversation centers on press size and tonnage. The concrete gains in speed and mass on this high-volume part come from targeted process refinements inside the die and across the production system. -> Processing time reduced from 180s to 75s on the rear casting -> Part weight lowered by 7 kg through incremental design improvements -> Faster cycle achieved while improving microstructure and mechanical properties Conformal cooling makes the difference. Complex water channels, drilled or through 3D-printed inserts directly into the die steel, target hot spots and pull heat out rapidly and evenly across the entire casting. This accelerates solidification, reduces temperature gradients, and allows the part to be ejected sooner without defects. The result is a casting that is both lighter and stronger, produced in less than half the time. Supporting elements include advanced software that controls every injection parameter and runner/gate designs refined through five years of iteration since 2020 + close collaboration among casting designers, die engineers, production, and safety teams running high-volume lines on three continents. Update on LAT Aerospace Our first uSTOL technology demonstrator is ready. Today, we have a fully-electric, fixed-wing UAV, built from scratch and almost ready for flight. To make this possible in just a few months, we built our entire flight lab from scratch. Every bench, every tool, every fixture designed to push the aircraft closer to flight every single day. This aircraft is designed to takeoff in 40 meters (thanks to a massive CL of 5 which is more than 2x of what you see on most aircraft). Endurance of 60 minutes. With a range of being able to cruise autonomously from Mumbai to Pune. Ground rolls done. As I type this, we are pushing hard to get the bird in the air. Hopefully it doesn't blow up. Either way, I promise videos of our attempt sometime over the next few weeks. We have learnt so much over the last few months, and I am sure that there are a lot of hard learnings yet in store for us. Our research on hybrid-electric propulsion is already in full swing, and we’ve also started building a team to begin development on our own gas turbine engines. This moment is not only a proud achievement for all those involved, but it also stands as a powerful symbol of what African scientific leadership can achieve on the global stage. Under the visionary leadership of Prof Christian Happi Christian T. Happi, the team at ACEGID has made extraordinary strides in genomic research, particularly in addressing some of the most pressing infectious disease challenges of our time. The inauguration of the Institute reminds us that the work being done by the ACEGID team is a global public good, benefiting not only Nigeria and Africa but also contributing to global health security. 10 years old. This poor child only 10 years old. And yet she is already pregnant after being forced to marry a 60-year-old man in Pakistan. This is what we are fighting against. This is why we keep fighting. Little British girls in towns like mine are being raped, sodomised, groomed, exploited, tortured, abused, and murdered by these same evil men… while the “great and good” turn a blind eye. Telford. Rotherham. Rochdale. Oldham. Banbury. Birmingham. Manchester. Bradford. And countless others. Our children, no different from that little girl in Pakistan, have been left at the mercy of Pakistani-Muslim grooming gangs because those in power care more about “inclusivity” and appeasing ethnic minorities than protecting little girls from rape. And it’s still going on. Why? Because their culture and their religion encourages it. Followers of Muslim Sharia Law don’t want to coexist with other populations. They want to overpower and destroy anyone who doesn’t subscribe to their ideology. They don’t respect our laws or even recognise our right to exist. They would kill us in a heartbeat if given the power to. They don’t see our women and children as equal, or even as human beings. Police, social services, politicians and all the other powerful people in our great institutions — they would rather protect rapists than risk being called racist. Well, newsflash: Little girls shouldn’t be sold off to men old enough to be their grandfathers. Women shouldn’t be banned from speaking, showing their faces, or going to school. Babies shouldn’t be born with severe congenital defects from cousin marriage. Not all cultures are good. Not all cultures are equal. Not all cultures should be tolerated. The fact that our own government refuses to uphold and defend British sovereignty on our own soil is appalling. The fact that they are allowing women, girls and children to be subjected to the abusive dictation of these monsters is reprehensible. This is Britain. Not the Middle East. And the fact that they want us to sit down and shut up about it is morally bankrupt. Sharia Law culture must never be allowed in Britain. Not now, not ever.
