He has received APO three times in the past which is less than suspension. He was involved in bribery incident also. And I don't think this latest suspension will serve any purpose. Chhotu will be back after sometime and continue from where he left. Repeat offenders like Chhotu Lal Sharma don't deserve suspension. They deserve permanent dismissal.
