Continuous Traffic Jams at Gowlidoddi Dear Commissioner GHMC /Secretary MAUD. /Telangana CMO /Revanth Reddy/Cyberabad Traffic Police/NVS Reddy This narrow stretch in Gowlidoddi is the only road connecting key areas like Tellapur, Nallagandla, Kollur, Osman Nagar, and Gopanpally to the Financial District and beyond. It is already leading to huge congestion and with numerous high density under-construction apartments in these localities, traffic congestion is expected to become unbearable in the near future. Unfortunately, there appear to be no government plans for mitigating this issue, and this stretch is not included in the H-CITI development plan. I urge the government to prioritize decongesting the Gowlidoddi road by either constructing a flyover or expanding the road. Additionally, given the high-density developments along this corridor, a metro extension from Wipro Circle to Osman Nagar is essential. Please consider these measures for the next phase of Metro. I request folks in that area to like/retweet /share to amplify this for attention from concerned authorities

Motion introduced today by BC Conservative MLA Mandeep Dhaliwal to recognize the 1984 Sikh Genocide was denied in the British Columbia Legislature run by the NDP. During the proceedings, MLA Dhaliwal raised a point of order after NDP Minister Lisa Beare shouted “gross” while he was seeking leave to introduce the motion. MLA Dhaliwal described it as an insult to the Sikh community and asked for an apology from Minister Beare for calling this motion “gross”. Following the objection, Minister Beare tried to clarify and withdraw her remark.
