Our modern calendar is not quite right

We got 13 months. 13x28 = 364. Year should start in April. But now we got the fools day in April. You know. Fools day. They fool you. Every year. They get work for 13 months but they just have to pay 12.

Why we dont use 13 months is crazy to me...the reason we use zodiacs is because they tell us what position in the sky the sun rises depending on the time of year no? There are 13 zodiacs and ancient calendars are 13 months with equal days and a null day no?

A 28 day menstral cycle too.
