Hi, iam tired.. Ordered ola S1 x+ on dec 7, Jan 1 is my Delivery date. Now it is Jan 20, No updates from ola. For Long time its showing that registration is on process.. No call or any updates yet. Tickets raised called customer care visited ola showroom finally posting it here

Trying to get a service since 2 months now without any response. Every time a new ticket number is given. These are few such nums noted: 01667019, 01462780, 01279534. When will you upgrade your service providing?

I raised the issue one week ago.i.e my scooter range suddenly dropped 50% to 3% .but till time no any call received from service centre.very poor service.and very poor battery.
