انصدمت بعد ما حجزنا على @EtihadAirways من معرض السفر بسعر ٣٦٠٠ بعد الخصم ونفس الرحلة صارت بـ ٢٩٦٠ بعد العرض!خلال اسبوعين تواصلت معهم، والرد: الأسعار تتغير الغريب باقي شركات الطيران ما رفعت أسعارها وماتغيرت بعد فترة العرض توقعت اهتمام أكثر أو تعويض بسيط على الأقل. #طيران_الاتحاد

My refund not yet received for my cancelled full refundable tickets on Aug 2024, after long follow up I got 2018 INR instead of 29700INR. What a calculation. I am again following them from last three months, so far no progress and no refund. What an amazing Customer Service.

السلام عليكم. عند حجز تذكرة ذهاب وعودة واختيار العودة فقط مستردة بالكامل ، أين يتم استرداد المبلغ؟ في نفس وسيلة الدفع؟ أم كرصيد لحجز رحلات أخرى مستقبلاً؟ وهل يسترد كامل مبلغ تذكرة العودة أم يخصم شيء منه ؟
