Is the Israeli Military Lying? For 3+ months we have heard the Israelis claim they are NOT at War with Gaza but with Hamas. is this claim credible? First, how do we make the distinction between Gazan and Hamas? I suspect if a civilian picks up a gun and aims it at an Israeli, he or she instantly becomes Hamas. Otherwise, she remains a civilian. Second, is the distinction meaningful? Perhaps this video of large groups of Gazans on Oct 7 can help you decide? Are Hamas and civilians really so different? Or is that a Fantasy? There are many videos from Oct 7 (not just Hamas') and I sadly do not see any with caring, civilized, normal-behaving "civilians." I would welcome you proving me wrong. Let me know and share your video proof. I suspect when this is over Israel will need to Deport a lot of Bad apples. That is, if we want the Good Apples to rebuild Gaza into a nice place. In this CNN interview. an Oct 7 survivor recounts the laughing Gazan civilians as they raped and killed one lady and then killed a young couple with knives and axes.
