The new accommodation charges being introduced in March this year will result in multiple senior NCO’s & Junior officers putting in their tickets .. that’s great planning & does nothing to encourage retention @ will have adverse impact on your plan for war .. 🤷‍♂️

Pay, Pension, Housing, Food, AT. Reverse the above cutbacks. Restore relative pay to where it was 20 yrs ago. Reverse the AFPS 15 disaster & let the people who signed up on previous schemes to see them out. There you go - sorted it for you. That’ll be £50’000 consultancy fee.

To busy completing mandatory online DLE courses or worrying about having behaviours ITRs done so brigade can see we are green on ODR. We do very little fighting enhancing training.
