This morning our Samaritan's Purse 767 left Greensboro, North Carolina, loaded with supplies to help people in Saipan and Tinian suffering in the wake of Typhoon Sinlaku. Thank you to former Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison Hon. Scott Morrison AC for being with us as we prepared for this response. Pray for those impacted by this devastating storm.

Hurricane Melissa hammered a path of destruction across Jamaica, severely damaging homes, schools, hospitals, and businesses. Most of the island is without power. Samaritan's Purse has been preparing to respond for the past several days as the storm approached. We are loading our cargo planes with shelter material, solar lights, water filters, medical supplies, and more. We hope our first relief flight will be able to land in Jamaica tomorrow. Please pray for those who have lost so much and for our teams as we go in Jesus’ Name.
