That's so cringe. "Diversity is our strength" and " Multi Culturalism enriches us" are credal claims of an ideology.
“Our strength lies not in the talent of our players, but in the colour of their skin” is a just a very weird thing to say.
It’s not our strength. What are you talking about. Diversity has nothing to do with quality. If every player is black or every player is white it doesn’t matter if they’re the best. This rubbish has got to stop.

Instead of focussing on what someone is, try looking at who they are. Stop dividing people up by skin colour ffs we’re all the same.
