You can’t argue that President Trump is not trying to fix our election system, but he needs the Republicans to get on board. While speaking to Republican senators this morning, POTUS made his case for terminating the filibuster so that we can pass voter ID, no mail-in voting and “pass all the things that we want to pass to make our elections safe and secure.” He said that if we don’t terminate the filibuster, then they won’t be able to pass any legislation and the Democrats will take power - and then they will remove the filibuster anyways and basically we will be screwed forever. He has a point. We are at the point that we need to use any means necessary - to save the Republic. Without free and fair elections, our country is gone. As Trump says in this clip, “it’s time for Republicans to do what they have to do.”

And it was ended at the point we said we’d ask our own questions, with Malcolm Offord saying “that’s not what we want to talk about.” Glad to hear there’ll be more opportunities for robust interviews, but hopefully Mr Offord will also agree he won’t (and nor should any political party leader) be able to decide what the questions are now he’s running for election to public office.

Trump's war in Iran is different than any war I've ever seen. Unlike in Iraq and Afghanistan: - Trump is not promising to nation build. He promised that the Iranian people will rebuild their own nation. - Trump didn't rush in. This attack must have been in the works for a long time. - Trump has a proven pattern of being both anti-war and highly effective at war. Look at how quickly he took out ISIS, Soleimani, and Maduro. No occupation. Just overwhelming, precise force. This doesn't guarantee success. But it does give me hope.
