Some of these are great ideas. I like the plastic bag on the paint tray. The paint in the syringe is good. And, the paint put back in the tin by snipping the bag. Very good ideas. I wouldn't put plastic ties around my ankles. I think that can be dangerous.

U don't have to freeze the roller w/paint. wrap n a damp cloth then wrap n a few plastic bags & put it n the fridge, it has the same effect but u don't need to thaw, do it all the time.

I’ve been doing the paint roller hack but I put it in the fridge, no thawing.

Do not put a roller with a sleeve full of paint wrapped in plastic in a ferezzer. That ruins the sleeve just leave out in room temperature
