One way I’ve visualized this: Imagine thousands of small bubbles, like soap bubbles, all pressed together on every side by other bubbles, in all directions. Now zoom into them in your imagination. The walls between bubbles, the membranes between them, are a decent way to visualize the barriers between realities, or what we might call ‘universes’. Each bubble is a universe, or a ‘separate’ reality. Black holes and white holes are just breaches, or openings, in these membranes between realities. Passageways through the barriers. I have seen visions of data flowing through cosmic passageways, kind of like ‘soul information’ flowing between realities. It isn’t easy to articulate. Data must be allowed to pass through these barriers, because all things are connected like a universal mind. And nothing can truly be isolated in all reality or it would be isolated in the sense that it was lost information. No information is ever truly lost (it seems, in the reality that I have come to know). But ‘imaginary’ barriers have been setup between systems that help allow for individualized creative realities, aka universes. And there are ways to get through these barriers. Our inner energies penetrate them effortlessly. Does Cern create new realities? I have little doubt. Does the most insignificant toddler's daydream create new realities? I have little doubt.
