Official Offaly GAA are asking clubs and parents to encourage our underage players to attend their clubs adult games. There is ongoing work with our referees to improve standards, we have a comprehensive underage games programme and our development squads are improving. For our younger players, Coiste Na nÓg and Coaching & Games are organising Go-Games during halftime of our adult games in both hurling and football. Let our underge players look up to, and following the adult players in your Club. This is where the love of our games start. #ClubisFamily #GAA #WhereWeAllBelong

Love this from Like Richardson. Compete is a habit that players need to work on consistently in practice to be consistent with it in games. Sure some players are inherently more competitive than others, but we all need the competitive reps!
