What happened to the NBA is a microcosm of what’s happening to our society. When you stop holding people to high standards and allow everyone to disregard established norms, everything goes to shit. If no one is going to enforce the rules, you can’t act surprised when no one follows the rules.

Lack of calling out traveling and double dribble has turned the sport into Dindu ping pong. Basketball has been a joke for 22 years now.

Nailed it my friend! Who’s at fault? The NBA allows it so the athletes take advantage? Or the modern athlete thinks rules don’t apply to them and the NBA capitulates?
