Out Run Sega 1986

I was in the video game biz when Outrun launched. Man, that game could pull a hundred bucks a day at the 7-11.

Sega master system

@Gazcalder

Magical Sound Shower was the only driving song I used in the game

I spent too many quarters on this game

I used to play this regularly in the arcades down in Margate. Brilliant game. Am I right in thinking that the voiceover guy would say “Get a move on there little buddy” if you were running out of time before the next checkpoint?

Loved this game. Was terrible at it though. Use to play it at the pizza place after Saturday games.

Spent far too much time playing this game down the Arcade on the pier at Aberystwyth during my Uni days! I will say, I was very good at it! Never really played arcade games since then 😊

I dont know what I was more excited about playing this game that I had a sweet car or that I could say I had a blonde girfriend meta verse ahead of its time

I actually finished this in a hotel in Lloret de Mar in Spain it took all my holiday money and 5 of the 7 days I was there, I literally went home whiter than I arrived.

Elite for an 80s child

Classic… Sega at its early best

Cruisin USA vibes

I still play this today. When it’s cold and dark in England I put outrun on and take the pacific breeze as i go for a drive with my lady alongside me

There's a place in Milton Keynes called The Pixel Bunker. For a few quid you can see s several hrs playing this and other classics.. Space invaders, pacman, asteroid, after burner etc and loads more. Its brilliant!

I’d love to have all the quarters I dropped in this game back… loved Outrun back in the day 👍

Classic game ..

I remember when PONG was exciting. ☺️

My little brother and I used to love this game, could hardly put it down.

This game is so beautiful

Come on Blaze we need this on the Evercade

All lunch money spent

Ah I loved this!

One of my favs

@wayne67008983

@daleclarky @karlkeep88 shows how old I am loved this as a kid 🤣😂

Loved outrun! It used to take all my school dinner money 😂

Damn! Thanks for making me feel really old on a Sunday morning!🤣😂😅

I was only thinking about this the other day. Had no idea what it was called but remember from when I was a kid being the main attraction in a hotel in Spain

@MrZampa7 🙌🏻

Superb!!!

The crashes that threw the blonde passenger out ruined it for me. Buckle up for safety

was fun to play
