18-year-old Colombian illegal alien Juan Andres Gonzalez was arrested in Florida June 20 by the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office and charged with homicide after allegedly stabbing his stepfather to death with a🔪 knife, a 🗡️sword and an🪓 ax. ICE ERO Miami immediately lodged an immigration detainer with local law enforcement while Gonzalez faces justice. An honored detainer will ensure the accused killer later faces deportation instead of being released back into the community. Gonzalez’ visitor visa expired in November 2018, but he never left. Under President Trump and Secretary Mullin, DHS is restoring integrity to our visa programs to ensure visas ARE NOT used as one-way tickets for illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. and victimize law-abiding citizens.

Hector Balderas-Aheelor was previously removed FOUR times before he illegally re-entered the country and killed an 11-year-old boy in a hit-and-run. On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, 11-year-old Aiden Antonio Torres De Paz was attempting to retrieve a soccer ball outside of his residence in Escondido, California, when he was run over by a vehicle. Aiden died from his injuries the following day on Thanksgiving morning. When will Governor Newsom stop releasing criminals into our neighborhoods and putting American lives at risk?
