Outraged passenger attacks Southwest Airlines gate agent, bashes computer in wild Orlando airport meltdown

Where the hell is security? I bring through cottage cheese and they’re ready to throw me in jail but this lady is a threat to everyone in the terminal and no one is to be found?!

Why is her face blurred, but everyone just minding their business isn't?

Airports are slowly turning into Greyhound bus stations.

I think this is the craziest video I've ever seen . How in the world was security not called to remove this woman ? What kind of society are we living in where we allow random crazy people to just destroy property and verbally abuse people and nobody does anything and everyone sits around with their fingers up their ass ? This is embarrassing and pathetic security for this airport.

The gate agents acted appropriately because you should never engage with crazy people. However, where the hell is security? What if a person that had snuck a gun through security was given that much unencumbered time at the gate?

A body slam would’ve ended this.

Most remarkable, they all do nothing and let this unhinged, violent person continue on unabated. No security. No police. Nobody stops it or detains the crazed individual. It's like it's Ok. No problem. Carry on. Will they upgrade the crazy person to 1st class free of charge too?

Why blur her face? I’d kind of like to be able to identify this lunatic next time I’m at the airport. Looks like we are on our own for security!

Here’s an idea. Maybe airports should have specially trained employees whose job is to control violent, out-of-control passengers. They could wear uniforms for easy identification. Possibly they might be armed, at least with tasers. We could call them "security personnel." In a situation like this, these "security personnel" or "guards" could show up and restore order by taking the offender into custody. It’s just crazy enough to work.

Where is the police at this airport???

A flight attendant from a middle eastern airline told me that air travel in the US is no different than the bus systems in India or the trains in China. It’s disgusting. He was 100% right.

Um...where are the cops? Where are the Marshals? Where is the @TSA? What if she(?) were armed with a weapon (of any kind)? I miss the days when you could kick the shit out of someone like that and be applauded as opposed to being arrested for stopping that.

She’s going to be on a no fly list. The theatrical rage performance by the unhinged is a normal now…. 🙄 TSA doesn’t have enough staff to run from the checkpoint to a gate and airports don’t hire enough private security anymore allowing these to escalate.
