How people dare to speak like this? Being in administrative or controlling position does not give right to any one to behave not properly with any type of staff. Organisations must counsel such staff and monitor their behavioural pattern closely.

Now Canara Bank releases a Circular asking staff to refrain from posting to Social Media. No mention of the toxic work culture or any remedy. Now they are asking to avoid meeting in Google Meet. What a farce.
