Temperatures may exceed 40 °C as the summer solstice approaches Across many parts of western, southwestern, central, and northern Europe, temperatures are expected to rise well above the long-term average in the coming days. Unusually warm weather is already affecting the southwest of the continent. In Galicia, Spain, the Coruña Airport weather station recorded a high of 37.7 °C over the weekend, marking the station's highest temperature ever. In the second half of the week, exceptional heat will spread across much of Europe, as very warm air from the south gradually moves farther north along the western side of a high-pressure system. The heatwave is likely to be most pronounced in Spain and France, where temperatures could climb above 40 °C over the weekend, with local anomalies exceeding the long-term average by up to 15 °C. It is still unclear how long the hot weather will last, but some models suggest it could continue into next week. Nori & Kenji's Reunion! 🍣 At the start of the NanoNoodles Season, we learned that Nori had left home after being embarrassed about accidentally destroying the Sushi Restaurant while trying to defend it from the Robots 🤖. He later went to the NanoNoodles Shop to eat, but ended up getting stuck there, where the NanoNoodles corrupted his mind and transformed him into Nano Nori, turning him evil. 😈 Today, a new Skin section opened in the Windstock Event tab, and it shows Nori and Kenji finally reuniting! ❤️ This most likely means their story is not over yet. We could learn more during the upcoming Community Event next week, or maybe even get a new animation very soon! 🎬 What do you think happens next? 🤔

A HIGH IMPACT Winter Storm could develop late this upcoming week, with the potential to bring Heavy Snow and Ice to parts of the country. 🌨️ The heaviest Snow will likely fall on the north side of this storm Friday - Sunday, wherever it ultimately tracks. As we move through the week, I would not be surprised to see Winter Storm Watches and Warnings issued as it becomes more clear where this storm will setup. ❄️When it comes to exact locations and Snow totals, we are still WAY too far out to pin that down. That said, the most likely SNOW ZONE appears to be somewhere within the Tennessee and Ohio Valleys, though this will almost certainly shift as we get closer. ❄️Elsewhere, the Midwest will see a few rounds of light to moderate Snow Monday through Wednesday as a series of Alberta Clippers pass through. 🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE: Remember the mob's illegal hate-fest at BAYT Synagogue? Buckle up for a jaw-drop... 🔴 I was the first person to alert Mayor Steven Del Duca to their plan to violate bylaw. He assured me the bylaw would be enforced if breached (a ticket up to $100,000). It wasn't. 🔴 After the event, I spoke privately with the Mayor and provided him with 12 identities and proof of individuals who breached his bylaw — and violated Canada's Criminal Code. 🔴 To date the Mayor has done nothing. So, on Dec 18, I contacted the police — York Regional Police. I spoke with 3 separate officers. Ready for the jaw-drop? EACH OF THOSE OFFICERS CLAIMED TO KNOW NOTHING OF THAT EVENT ON DECEMBER 9.🤯 What's more, they each also claimed they never even heard of this synagogue.🤯🤯🤯 The last officer was entirely insolent. He interrogated ME for reporting the crimes. He wanted to know why I reported a crime that I didn't experience myself. (In Canada, you can report a crime even if you're not the victim.) He also questioned why it would be take me so long to report a crime. Oh, you mean 9 days? About a week after I had given the Mayor the identities and proof of the perpetrators' violations? I'm sorry for erroneously assuming the Mayor would give any of this critical information to his police service. Also — I'm sorry, officer. I've been rather busy doing your job for you. BAYT Synagogue is well-known in this Toronto suburb — mostly because it has come under tremendous threat since October 7. The lack of education, compassion, and abundance of stupidity, incompetence, and pure hate on the part of these officers is disgusting and demonstrative of a much bigger problem at play here. In terms of three PlayStation centric accounts to compare that are repeatedly brought up by Xbox fans or had the most comparable day one negativity: Most negative Starfield timeline tweets in a single day: Red Dragon - 7 KingThrash - 4 (all his own gameplay) JayDub - 3 Most negative Spider-Man 2 timeline tweets in a single day: JayRock - 82 PeterOvo - 43 The BlackViking3 - 33 Some trolling and negativity is typical within the community, but the sheer volume of obsessive vitriol coming out of some of these Xbox accounts, is unprecedented and bordering mental health concerns. And going by most negativity in a single day for these games, as a barometer to measure degree of obsessive toxicity, the Xbox fan accounts here are 1030% more vitriolic in console war contributions, and frankly in an entirely different league that's not even comparable. The incessant nature strikes me as extreme propagandist, genuinely insane behaviour. Pretty staggering difference when you think about it, and an eye opener in discussions around which big platform centric Twitter accounts, are the most toxic with console warring.

At this point, based on the actual numbers, it's pretty clear some of the big Xbox fan accounts on Twitter, are orders of magnitude more toxic in their volume of console war negativity, over any other platforms. I just sold my startup Talknotes for $200,000 on acquire.com 💸🤯🤩💰🥳🎉 I launched it last August when I was looking for an idea I could grow with paid ads, and made a MVP in one week. I took it from $0 to $7500 MRR in just 11 months. 👉 Here is how I grew it from zero: 💡 Idea: I got the idea when I tried to write a tweet using Google Doc's transcription tool, but it was terrible. And I was pretty sure I wasn't the one too lazy to type. So I made my own solution, and Talknotes was created. The audience is pretty broad so it was a perfect fit for Meta ads However… ✅ Validation: My rule is to only reinvest what the project generates, so, no ads until I make enough cashflow ❌ Listing on startup directories + a few Twitter sales generated $700 after 10 days. Yes, it's not much, but more than enough to show there is interest in the product and tell me to keep working on it 🤩 I started adding the features users requested, but the launch effect started to wear off and daily revenues quickly went to $0 after a few weeks 🫥 I got depressed and almost gave up on the app... 😔 But luckily, my friends and Dan Kulkov pushed me to continue And I'm glad they did because In October, I launched on Product Hunt 😸 and it blew up 🤯 It got Product of the Day and reached $1500 MRR thanks to the media coverage 🚀🚀 Until then, everything was done using vanilla JS/CSS/HTML + Node for back end. It's simple and easy, but I saw the limitations, so I remade the app using Nuxt to make it easier in the future 🏗️ (thanks to @blackevilgoblin and Piotr Jura for the content/courses! Tim Bennetto as well for the basics!) After that, I took a break and then launched ads on Facebook. The strategy is simple: Catch people's attention, and show them how the app can help them improve their life. No need to over-complicate 🙅‍♂️ Making good creatives is 80% of the job when doing ads on Facebook, most of the technical stuff is done by AI now. Thanks to the boost in traffic, I implemented a feedback loop: 1) Get new users 👥 2) Learn to know them with the onboarding form 💬 3) Make more ads based on the data you get from onboarding 📝 And it completely blew up. MRR doubled in ~2 months However... In May, I had a bad burnout 🥵😩 Multiple bugs slipped into the app, and I had to spend 2 days fixing everything in an emergency while revenues plummeted. This completely fucked me up mentally and had a hard time working on the app after that ( 💀💀 So I decided to list it on acquire.com and made a Twitter post ( I listed it for $200,000, a pretty low price considering the revenues and fast growth. I could have gotten $300,000 if I accepted payment over time, but $200,000 today is better than $300,000 tomorrow for me. 🚨 The process went smoothly until we tried to use Escrow, which almost fucked up the whole deal. (details: I got extremely lucky because the buyer really wanted to buy the app, but this could have ended the deal. We had to wait over a week to get the money back from them, even tho they said they already refunded it. But luckily, after threatening them, they sent it back the next day 🙃 The buyer finally got the money back, I transferred every asset to him, and he sent me the wire. With the profit made from the app + the sale, and other projects, I'm 30% away from being a millionaire 🤯 With this amount, I can pretty much retire in Asia if I want to. But that's just the beginning, I’m going to launch new projects soon! 🚀 But before that, I need to take a real vacation and detox. My brain is completely fucked up by those last 2 months. I gained weight, and got brain rot from scrolling all day waiting for the acquisition to move forward 💀💀 Surprisingly, doing absolutely nothing is 10x more exhausting than working 15h per day 🥱 Now, all this might sound like an overnight success. It is not ‼️ This is the result of 7 years of failure and working like a madman. I launched over 40 projects in those 7 years, and most of them failed. But a few took off, and that’s all I needed All those weeks working 15h/day without weekends and vacation feels soul-sucking when you don’t see the end, but this is what took me there You only need to win once to snowball everything. Today's recap: - Initial prototype of Divine's face was printed but it had human assistance. - Files are generated from stable diffusion prompt -> NeRF by divine and were based on community sentiment from early sketches she made. - Having divine redesign the 3D file with different Hugging Face models to get better quality. Have not found a great model like our video generator. - Ordered new table for divine's print arm. The table her arm is on is too flimsy. Since Divine's vision system is still clearing customs, if she is not perfectly positioned she can be prone to hit things, like the fume box the printer is in. ETA: 1-2 days for table. 1 week for vision system. - Another part of Divine's coming stream will be attempting to surpass the skills of this AI. - Stacking more content for when the stream goes live, a lot of people were expecting a 24/7 stream, we said this would be a test stream to print the face. The test was a failure. We will try and try again until we are 24/7. If anyone can please try and beat us to doing this, it will help me get it done faster. - TikTok account for divine is growing at 500 follows per day, it is now growing faster than our X account. - Got replies functioning in high quality testing in Discord. Fine tuning based on community feedback today. Will soon deploy to Twitter/Telegram/X - Lots of good partnership calls, interviews and hires. We now have over 10 team members around the world working on divine. Expect a lot of my shortcomings to be caught up. - OF made? - Surprises.

Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 6:52 AM: What you have witnessed yesterday and this past weekend across California and parts of Southern California is the birth pains of an El Niño development and the ongoing escalation the warming of the Pacific torrential rains came through the San Fernando Valley with such strong, thunderstorms that it caused significant flooding in the Sherman Oaks, Universal City area around 1:05 PM - 1:35 PM yesterday on April 13, 2026. This powerful storm packed winds gusts of over 50 mph and it’s a true testament that we are no longer in a pattern that brings rain in just winter time but is now extending into April and May and beyond with that said we have another storm on the heels that will be arriving very quickly on April 21 - 27, 2026. The next storm will also bring more heavy rain, thunder, and lightning, and yes, more snowfall to the local mountains. As the Pacific continues to warm, the weather will become more drastic with extreme heat waves and more unusual severe rain events for California. This situation will get quite scary if it continues to verify by the end of October and November with the super El Niño development and the atmosphere connecting something that we’ve not seen since 1982, 1997/ 1998. The main Marshall Islands low axis is already gearing up for this major event this year which you’ve seen an example already. The flooding in the Hawaiian islands. Typhoon Sinlaku has now hit the Guam region with a category five status this early in April all due to the warming of the Pacific and the emergence of El Niño. #CAwx

Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 6:52 AM: What you have witnessed yesterday and this past weekend across California and parts of Southern California is the birth pains of an El Niño development and the ongoing escalation the warming of the Pacific torrential rains came through the San Fernando Valley with such strong, thunderstorms that it caused significant flooding in the Sherman Oaks, Universal City area around 1:05 PM - 1:35 PM yesterday on April 13, 2026. This powerful storm packed winds gusts of over 50 mph and it’s a true testament that we are no longer in a pattern that brings rain in just winter time but is now extending into April and May and beyond with that said we have another storm on the heels that will be arriving very quickly on April 21 - 27, 2026. The next storm will also bring more heavy rain, thunder, and lightning, and yes, more snowfall to the local mountains. As the Pacific continues to warm, the weather will become more drastic with extreme heat waves and more unusual severe rain events for California. This situation will get quite scary if it continues to verify by the end of October and November with the super El Niño development and the atmosphere connecting something that we’ve not seen since 1982, 1997/ 1998. The main Marshall Islands low axis is already gearing up for this major event this year which you’ve seen an example already. The flooding in the Hawaiian islands. Typhoon Sinlaku has now hit the Guam region with a category five status this early in April all due to the warming of the Pacific and the emergence of El Niño. #CAwx

This was filmed last Tuesday at Animal Rescue in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The man is Will Navarro. He's 38 years old. Marine Corps veteran. Served two tours. He's been in outpatient treatment for combat-related stress for the past two years. The dog is a four-year-old gray German Shepherd named Atlas. Atlas had been at Cornerstone for fourteen months. The file on his kennel was marked with a red warning label. Multiple volunteers had been unable to work with him. He growled at anyone who approached. Had snapped at a staff member during an early handling attempt. The rescue had quietly concluded that Atlas was unlikely to be placed and had been discussing next steps. Kevin had told himself the entire drive over that he was just looking. He is forty-nine years old. Retired firefighter from Columbus, Ohio. His last dog, a big brindle Boxer named Chief, had passed away eight months earlier after twelve years together. Kevin's wife had been gently suggesting he visit Worthington Animal Shelter for weeks. Kevin kept saying he'd think about it. He finally went on a Saturday morning in March. Told the intake volunteer he was browsing. Spent an hour meeting various dogs. Pleasant visits. Nothing that felt like a match. He said thank you to the staff and walked to his car. The shelter had an outdoor exercise area visible from the parking lot. A three-year-old brindle Boxer named Hank was outside with a volunteer at that moment. Big dog. Stocky. Same coloring as Chief. Same broad head. Kevin got into his car. The volunteer appeared at the car window a moment later, out of breath, leash in hand. Kevin looked at her. Then looked at Hank settled across his legs. Then he started laughing. The kind of laugh that's mostly crying. "I think he's coming home with me," Kevin said. He went back inside to fill out the paperwork. Hank waited in the car. Some decisions feel impossible until a sixty-pound Boxer makes them for you.
