After the GoI spent 2% of India’s GDP on demonetisation & related logistics, supposedly to curb Pulwama, Pathankot, Poonch, Pehelgam and supposedly to control cash, RBI data shows currency in circulation is now close to 3x higher than pre 2017. Taxpayers paid the price, couldn’t withdraw their own money from the banks, several even had to pay with their lives, while the Mitrgan converted their black to white and had their loans written off. What else was achieved by it? “नोटबंदी आज़ाद भारत का सबसे बड़ा स्कैम है।” Demonetisation was the most corrupt scheme introduced by the BJP, beats electoral bonds by lengths.

But after that, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh ordered them to be repainted orange and white. A complete double waste of public money. This andhbhakti of religion is making country handicapped but what can one say if youth of this country is also enjoying it. 😭
