Whenever I feel there might be a conflict, or if the neighbor likes to be difficult I will always get a survey first before even saying anything. Once that’s in hand I will then let them know I am planning a fence or doing something else. I feel that way they can’t argue with the facts but sometimes they like to anyways. This woman knows the fence isn’t on her property and even avoids it by a few feet. Yet she starts removing the fence as it’s being built, would you stand for this? How do you stop someone who won’t respect the lines? I think the best way is to document everything with paperwork and video. Install a camera so there is proof they are doing what they are doing. I always try to cover my end that’s why I always have cameras everywhere. I never know when I might need it. If I end up in court then it’s no longer here say with evidence. I try to avoid confrontation as much as I can but sometimes it’s unavoidable. I’ve always lived life the way I see fit and I try to always do the right thing. I refuse to let others dictate how I do things especially if my way is proven to be effective. Dealing with stubborn neighbors can be drab but eventually it will work out, it’s the time in between that’s frustrating. The last time I did the fence. Let me just say this publicly: I am voting for Keisha Lance Bottoms and I want her to be my governor but this is why I didn't vote for her in the primary I said on HBCU Pulse Radio with Alan Holmes in May that I did not like the fact that it felt like she was coasting in the primary. A candidate that was campaigning more fervently, like Jason Esteves was who was garnering my support. I hoped and prayed that she would not do the same thing in this election, particularly to a candidate like Rick Jackson, who has the money to saturate the airwaves, and here she is doing it Name ID can only go so far. Are the internal polls something that really is indicative of what is actually going on on the ground? I don't know. Maybe she's gonna win in pro-democratic sentiment/anti-republican sentiment and Jon Ossoff's political machine could give us the right outcome but I just need to see the effort And what I was talking about when I said that this needs to be on The Shade Room and Hollywood Unlocked, and this should have been one video post on social media and not two posts, was just the bare minimum. If they gave me the password to her accounts, I could have done that lol This is why when people were calling me a misogynist for supporting Jason and all this other crazy stuff, it irked the hell out of me because this is precisely what scared me about her candidacy. How do we know that Not Hailey Walbrecht-Sanchez is intentionally lying his ass off? This. Jason has been claiming for weeks that Aidan Kearney told him that he knows Karen will never file wiretapping charges against him because on the recording Karen talked about Adam Deitch leaking information to her and her attorneys and she doesn’t want people to know that. Jason is actually trying to convince you guys that Aidan was blackmailing Karen with a recording of her admitting to being in contact with Deitch. The same woman who told a whole group of reporters with cameras and microphones that she knows that the federal investigation is still ongoing because she heard it “from the horse’s mouth”. The “horse” she was referring to is the US Attorney’s Office. Karen and her attorneys have never been shy about the fact that they are in contact with Levy, Deitch, etc. But Jason wants you to believe that Aidan set Karen up to say that she’s getting information from Deitch so he can blackmail her with it. What you’re witnessing here on this video is two girls that have been bullying the teenage girl that lives in this house . They recently went to her home where her mother is having another baby,and is due in two weeks. They threw a firecracker into the window of the new nursery that she had just decorated with all of the furnishings that she received from the baby shower.. The whole room went up in flames. Everything is in ashes, luckily the rest of the house wasn’t too damaged. This is what parents are raising out there and sending out into the world. Hopefully these two degenerates will get their day in court, and will be punished to the fullest extent that they can be, and I think their parents should be held accountable as well ..just my opinion!!
