A command structure should be included with hand delivered orders that soldiers who are not following orders shouldn't get a bonus where as those that are should get a bonus to stats .. That way you can shoot the messenger

Had alot of fun with over the top today. First time using a pistol. I was curious if new army factions & weapons will be added over time. If not im still all in. But I was wondering if we'd get some new content with a patch every now & again.
