Over the weekend, Ukrainian attack drones repeatedly hit the Brom chemical plant in Russian-occupied Crimea. The plant, one of the few controlled by Russia capable of producing bromine, a key chemical in the fire-retardant and oil and gas industries, was heavily damaged.
